This new hit 15 part series for BBC1 highlights the £55 million a year problem for the UK. 3000 incidents happen in the UK every day.  Hosted by BBC favourite, Dom Littlewood, Filthy Rotten Scoundrels blows the whistle on jaw dropping litter bugs with astonishing CCTV.
