Caroline Clayton is Leopard's Head of Development. She has spent the last five years building a TV Development career on a foundation of many years experience across a broad range of media - so important to today's TV industry and its convergent future. From Art Directing magazines like Just 17 to features editing Radio Times and building large-scale websites and emerging digital platform propositions for the BBC, Caroline brings to Leopard a special range and an important perspective.
A prolific ideas generator, Caroline's TV career is solidly rooted in programme and format development, with 12 months working for the BBC's in-house Factual Entertainment team and two years at indie Wall To Wall. When she's not working for TV or watching it Caroline likes windsurfing, karaoke and stand up comedy!
